I recently moved about 2,000 miles from NY to TX, and though I have finally landed a job; it will be another 2 weeks before my first check and my bank account and list of things to pawn are both empty. There might be someone more deserving out there, but I'm sick of Ramen and have some prescriptions that could use a refill. That’s a cool thing you’re doing, and I’d like to try to be the one.

Next summer I will be cycling across the United States as part of the bike and build organization. They raise money and awareness on affordable housing issues. They work with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and while on the ride(which takes two months) we actaully have build days where we stop and help with housing projects. I'll need to raise at least $4,000 for the trip and every little bit helps. If I got the $50, I would use it as the first money raised and put twoards my bike and build adventure.
