These days that I have been working like crazy in all my projects and achieving all my goals in an unprecedented kind of way for me I was asking myself:

What is that I do that makes me so successful in every goal that I try to reach?

The answer lies within myself, success lies in me… and that is the main reason I decided to call this blog Success is in You, because I want to share all that I know that makes me successful and that I know that it is inside me.

Success Is In You

Success is in its most part inside of you; do not look for success outside because success is the byproduct of what you are. The more you invest in yourself as a person in order to improve your qualities as a person the more successful you will be.

Educate Yourself

Do not confuse the word education with going to the University… many people believes that the only way to achieve your goals in life is to go to school, learn a profession and then go to work… even though that produces the fake illusion of success, it is not. Unless success for you means being a slave for the corporate world for the rest of your life.

It is obvious that you need to learn and be a professional in something and that is ok, for that going to the University or taking all required steps to learn your desired job is important but it is just the beginning of your way to success.

What you need to be educated to is something for what you will not receive a paper or certificate and no one except you can see its value and those things are:

Discipline
Self Control
Consistency
Perseverance
Faith

I will not lie to you those 5 skills are goals that take you a lifetime to achieve, but there is a critical point in which you will have enough of these personal qualities in order to achieve your desired goals and that is when success shows and behind it the money.

Forget about instant goals or manifestation

There is no such thing as instant goals. I know we want to believe that things could be instant but the fact is that it is not so.

But there is something that it is instant and manifest immediately and that is your visualization and imagination process of what you wish to achieve.

There are many ways to speed up the process of instant manifestation but for that you really need be “close to God” and that means that you need to be like a monk. The problem is, do you have 25 years or more to achieve that level?.

There are no limitations but you need to be realistic

I do believe that we can do whatever we want, in fact that is the problem, since we can do whatever we want we have to choose at an early age what is that we want to do. Why? Simple, even though there are no limitations in what we can do, we are limited in time. We will not live forever and thus when we expire our goals will expire too. So if you have already taken a direction in life do no look to change for another one that you believe is more profitable but instead look forward to increase your skills and domains.

For example if you are a 20 or 30 years experienced teacher in some specific class then for sure you are able to spot quite easily what does the new age of students need in order to make their classes more productive so write a new revolutionary Textbook. Remember that things have changed and the Internet can make everyone’s dreams come true. Electronic books are more than ever used these days and you do not need anyone’s validation to do what you want to do. Just change the world instead of changing your profession.

Distinguish between being addicted with your goal or being perseverant with your goal

Once you know what you want to achieve, there is a thin line between being perseverant with achieving your goal or going to the extreme of addiction in order to achieve your goal.

This is very important to understand and there is an interesting root for that in the laws of the universe.

Let’s explain with an example:

For how many of you is the following known: “The more you are looking for something the less it shows and at the moment you stop looking for it you can find it all the time”. This is something typical, you are sightseeing somewhere in some city and you need to go to the bathroom, before you did notice that there were signs of public restrooms everywhere but now that you need one desperately you cannot find them, in fact, it takes a while until one shows.

How many times have you ever tried to remember a name of a song or a person and you feel like you have at the tip of your tongue but it just doesn’t come but at the split second you give up trying to get the name you remember it?.

Again this is another of the many “illogical” things of life for those who do not understand the Universe. Why If I am working hard to achieve something it is ever hard to get it? , and of course then you hear the typical complaints that God is not fair and so on.

It is just a law of the universe, you need to let the Universe or God do its job, your only job is to ask for what you want and then get your hands on it (action) but it is not in your hands the process of HOW you will receive that wish so if you get addicted to the point that you have no life then you will be just doing the same as when you make the public restrooms disappear, just let it be and it will come.

It is very hard to explain and there is very thin line between the process of putting some effort to reach your goals and the addiction to reach it although the results are way the opposite.

It is a matter of feeling, you will know if you are addicted if you are generating yourself a lot of stress in order to reach that goal, you feel that there are way too many obstacles and your energy is getting all drained out.

But if you are doing things right, you will be working hard too, but in a more relaxed way, you know you will achieve your goal but you are taking your time letting things mature and develop by themselves and really enjoying the experience of what you are creating.
