The Law of Polarity: Everything positive have something negative, Everything negative have something positive.
Remember this figure, the YING/YANG which clearly express this law of the universe. Everything has an opposite. Constantly look at the good in people and situations. Good ideas equals good vibrations! Always recognize the opposite, then pick what you want to concentrate on, remembering the Law of Attraction.
There would be no inside to a room without an outside. If you referred to this side of the sheet of paper that these words are written on as the top, then the other side would be the bottom. You have a right and left side to your body, a front and back. Every up has a down and every down has an up. The law of polarity not only states that everything has an opposite…it is equal and opposite. If it were 3 feet from the floor up on to the table, it would be 3 feet from the table down to the floor. If it is 150 miles from Frankfurt to Basel, by law it must be 150 miles from Basel to Frankfurt; it could not be any other way.
If something you considered bad happens in your life, there has to be something good about it. If it was only a little bad, when you mentally work your way around to the other side, you will find it will only be a little good.
Think about this every time you are having a rough time, surely something good will come up from all you are living, just try to focus on finding the positive side and for sure you will enjoy your life much better
