Correct your Imbalances and Activate your Success, Part 3

Now here is the difficult part, the reason why it is so difficult and also why is this area of personal growth so hard that NO ONE, please remember this because this advise will save you a lot of money. NO ONE CAN DO THIS WORK FOR YOU. The only thing that personal development coaches can do for you is:

“show you the river, but YOU have to do the drinking”.

You are the one who need to have enough will power to change your life, you are the only one who can really know what you need in order to balance your life, you need to look, feel and trust yourself. You can ask your closest family or honest friends about you and what do they see from you, What are your strong points? What are your weak points?

Then analyze them yourself and make the efforts to change them.

You do not need to take my word for granted, if you read “Why we want you to be rich?” from Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump, you can see what have Donald Trump to say about imbalance:

I’ve mentioned before that it’s important for us to remain intact, otherwise we become a target. A small leak can sink a ship, or a huge wave can destroy it equally well, as the yachtsmen from the Volvo race can attest to. Either way, imbalance can create situations that can keep our equilibrium reeling and out of control.


You need to destroy bad habits that might be consuming or blocking your energy which you need in order to achieve your goals to succeed. Habits like smoking, alcohol drinking, coffee and refined sugars are energy imbalancers.

I will give you this small tip, make a habit of being aware of your bad habits so you can take action before you commit the bad habit, that is what I have found I have developed on myself without even realizing. Obviously this requires lots of strength and will power, but the rewards are amazing, you will even notice the difference in comparison with other persons around you, you will even feel special. So you better make your mind and start now.

When I was attending some job interviews, I was kind of surprised when many of the job interviewers asked me about my strenghts and weaknesses, honestly at first I could not stop talking about my strengths and when I had to answer the weaknesses question I really had a hard time to give them any.

More interesting enough was that: The same job interviewers who had a lot of time talking with me already and from which they already know about my background (from the Resume or CV) they easily deducted that I might not have many weaknesses and that I really work hard on them in order not to have any. Far away from just a “brag” this was as I said the “impression” I gave to them which is what really counts in this case. So powerful is this “tip” about making a habit specially to be aware of your bad habits.


If you want to break some habits the first thing you need to do is to replace it for the another (usually the right) habit:

Assume that you have this habit in which whatever you are doing which is good for you, you immediately become a pessimist and negative about it and then close all the doors that the universe might have opened for you.

What you can do is first notice that you have this habit, then when it happens again and you hear yourself starting to pour negative emotions, just stop immediately what you are doing and think about how great and positive is and how it will change your life for good.

It doesn’t matter if you feel like you want to make another negative comment immediately after that but then correct again and make a positive comment about it.

It is quite easy to hear people complaining about how bad “the economy” is and so on, but at the same time it happens that economy is booming and the market indicators say that there has never been so good as it is now. So this is a clear example of how this habit of pessimism make your reality very grim. CHANGE IT!

Once you wake up and you decide to achieve this sensation that all is well in your life no matter what, then you have destroyed the habit and it is now time to move on on your list of things to CHANGE.
