How to Achieve Balance in your Life, Part 2
Balance is not the answer to success alone, but you cannot fly without first having at least walked don’t you think? .
The first thing you need to do is look inside you, make a list and notice how balanced/imbalanced is your life at all. Achieving perfect new balance is something that maybe monks that live in the Himalaya have been able to achieve it, but our goal is to be as close as possible to balance.
I recommend you to first go to this article which explains a quite easy way to learn How to Meditate.
1) You will need to relax and be in a meditative state
2) Start thinking about your life, divide your life in those different areas that are obviously the most general and categoric, that means:
Health:
How is your health doing?
Do you feel well? All the time? Just sometimes?
Are you very active? Do you feel always energetic? Very Sluggish?
Are you getting sick all the time? Never?
How about your daily nutrition? Is it balanced?
Work:
Are you working too much?
Is your time worth enough? Do you think it should be even more worth?
Are you feeling stressed from work?
Do you have all the money you want?
Love/ Relationship:
Are you happy with your partner? Do you have any?
Can you feel the love?
Are you still having great sex ?
Spiritual:
Do you practice any spirit enhancing methods? (like meditation)
Do you really believe in god or in your “higher†self?
Do you trust that everything you ask it will be given to you?
Do you really understand that there is someone somewhere wishing to make all your wishes true?
3) Like this you can keep adding more and more topics while you go doing your retrospective. The point is to find out where do you feel like there is an imbalance in your life.
4) The reason you need to find out is because you have to correct your imbalances in order to achieve this state of well being or in other words you need to ALWAYS FEEL GOOD…
You need to feel like everyday is a great new day in which everything that will happen is positive and will lead to your ultimate goals, which is success, happiness and joy!. Always remember, JOY. What a beautiful word.
