Success is the same as if you would like to make a Cake, you need all the ingredients. You might have a cake without using any eggs or butter with it will be quite inconsistent and dry. But if you have all the ingredients then you will have a smooth and spongy cake.

That is not all, now here is the difficult part, in which your talents and skills take part on the recipe. It is also depending on HOW you mix the ingredients is what will produce you the best cake in the world. And what about how much of each ingredient you need?. Thank God, we learn. Through practice your skills will get better and better and you will be able to bake a great cake, so do not worry, the same happens with success just remember to always keep moving forward.

So give many different persons the very same ingredients and ask them to bake a cake and then imagine yourself tasting each one of them. You will surely notice the difference in tastes and contextures. So it is not really about the ingredients you have to do the cake but HOW you do it.
